Artwork can be supplied: On a CD or DVD If artwork is 10MB or less please email  or Via Dropbox

– get in touch for details Please note that we do not hold any supplied artwork. Compression If supplied via CD/DVD: files should be supplied uncompressed wherever possible; Stuffit / Drop Stuff may be used to compress files if necessary. If supplied via Email/FTP: all files should be compressed as either sit or zip files, to protect artwork in transfer. Proof Sometimes, we will send a PDF proof before printing. This gives a rough idea of what the colours will look like, but it is intended for you to check that no fonts are missing and that no text has re-flowed incorrectly. If you request a hard copy proof posted to you, this will be produced (at extra charge) on a digital colour laser printer and the colours may not match the final printed output. Before printing, all proofs need to be signed off. After final proof has been signed no alterations to text, colour etc can be made over the phone without a new proof being provided and signed accordingly. Where possible, work will be emailed using our PDF proofing system. Shropshire Printing cannot accept responsibility for any printing errors if no proof is supplied. Due to print methods we cannot guarantee matching PANTONE® / Spot colours when printing in full colour (CMYK print). Please discuss your requirements before placing your final order. Re-supplying Artwork We aim to check and prepare for print all artwork as soon as it received. If you need to amend your artwork and re-supply it, you must phone the office to arrange this and clearly label the re-supplied version. Shropshire Printing cannot accept any responsibility if incorrect versions are printed when multiple versions have been supplied where no phoned instructions have been given. If the files are complex and take significant time to prepare for print, a charge may be made for re-supplied files. Artwork supply address
